In using the Wellness & Recovery Haus website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
User Provided Information:
Wellness & Recovery Haus does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a floatation, massage or sauna session. Wellness & Recovery Haus may use the information provided to contact you with important information. Personal information provided is for internal use only and will not be shared with external third parties without your permission.
Security Statement:
Wellness & Recovery Haus makes every effort to ensure that all online transactions made on the site are secure. Wellness & Recovery Haus uses the Stripe Payment Processing which encrypts all debit and credit payment information and has the world’s highest payment security accreditation – Payment Card Industry (PCI) – Level 1.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel/reschedule your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment, will be charged at 50% of the full price of the scheduled appointment or a service credit applicable to the service booked. If you fail to give notice or provide notice of less than 1 hour, you will be charged at the full price of the scheduled appointment or an equivalent service credit. Payment Methods:
Wellness & Recovery Haus accepts Wellness & Recovery Haus Gift Cards, Cash, Mastercard, American Express and Visa as payment. Card transaction do attract a processing fee.
Weekend Surcharge
Wellness & Recovery Haus apply a 10% surcharge to all massages conducted on weekends. This also applies to those clients paying with a voucher. It is 10% of the current massage price at the time of the appointment.
Bookings:
To create a booking, the client must supply their full name, email address and mobile number to create a profile. Bookings cannot be made without this profile.
All bookings for therapy sessions must be secured with a valid credit card. Without a credit card the booking will be held for a maximum of 24hrs. If the client is paying with a voucher, the voucher number will be recorded at the time of booking, if this is not possible at time of booking the voucher must be presented prior to the appointment. Wellness & Recovery Haus is not responsible for sourcing the gift card number should you fail to present your Gift Card. If a gift card is not presented payment must be made for this service.
Service Credits:
Are valid for 12 months (365 days) * from the date of purchase unless otherwise stipulated. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Session passes may be shareable where specified, otherwise are for individual use only
The 3 Float Package:
Three 1 hour floats for the listed price is valid for 3 months (90 days) * from the date of purchase. It is non-transferable, not shareable and non-refundable.
Float Membership:
The Float membership can only be terminated if the client has fulfilled the minimum of three monthly direct debits. Unless terminated, direct debits will continue until further notice. Membership credits are not shareable and non-refundable. Float credits are valid for 90 days, if unused will expire. A membership can be cancelled by email ( hello@wellnessrecoveryhaus.com.au ) giving five days notice at any time after the third monthly payment has been made. The remaining float credits on the membership will expire fourteen days after the membership has been cancelled. Members are entitles to receive a 10% discount of single services excluding massage.
Sauna Membership: Existing Coastal Float Sauna Members (monthly fee) – No longer available for purchase
The Sauna membership can only be terminated if the client has fulfilled the minimum of three monthly direct debits. Unless terminated, direct debits will continue until further notice. Membership credits are not shareable and non-refundable. Unused Sauna credits expire each month on the anniversary of your membership (they do not carry over to the next month) A membership can be cancelled by email ( hello@wellnessrecoveryhaus.com.au) at any time after the third monthly payment has been made. The remaining Sauna credits on the membership will expire fourteen days after the membership has been cancelled.
Current Sauna/ Ice Bath / Contrast Therapy Memberships
Include either one (Starter) or two (intermediate) sessions per week, membership fee is charge weekly and sessions must be used each week and do not roll over. Membership is not shareable and not transferrable.
Membership Payment Information:
Wellness & Recovery Haus will only retain payment information when authorised to do so. Once entered, payment information is encrypted on your client profile by our POS Floathelm (The Helm). The Helm will continue to debit your nominated card on the monthly anniversary of the commencement of your membership. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid card on your profile so payments can be successfully debited. Failure to have an active card on your account for 7day or more will result in your account being disabled and you will be unable to use your credits. You can access your profile online at any time to update your details including your payment method.
Failed Membership Payments:
When a scheduled membership payment is declined, the Helm will automatically send an email to notify the client and reattempt the payment on consecutive business days until approved.
Wellness & Recovery Haus reserves the right to terminate a membership contract due to consecutive failed membership payments.
Membership Placed on hold :
Memberships may be suspended for up to 1 month per calendar year. If a client is unsure of when they would like to recommence their membership, provided the client has fulfilled the minimum of 3 direct debits, the contract may be terminated at the members request by email to hello@wellnessrecoveryhaus.com.au
Gift Cards:
E-Cards can be purchased online, physical cards can be purchased in store. There are two types of Gift Cards, service based or dollar amount. Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Nor can they be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-transferable. Example, a Float gift card can only be redeemed for a float session.
The value shown on the Gift Card includes GST and can be redeemed for any service. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase products. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the Gift Card holder to pay the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the services.
All service prices are subject to change. The price of the purchase is the advertised price on the day the gift voucher is redeemed.
Wellness & Recovery Haus is not responsible for sourcing the gift card number should you fail to present your Gift Card. Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for 3 years from purchase date unless otherwise stipulated*.
Age Limit:
FLOAT – You must be at least 10 years of age to float. If you are under 16, you can register and use the site, however a parent or guardian will be required to attend your scheduled appointment to sign the client waiver in person. Any clients under 16 will require parental permission and supervision to float. Please speak to our staff for your individual enquiry. INFRARED – You must be at least 16 years old to use the Infrared Sauna. It is not recommended to use the Infrared Sauna whilst pregnant. MASSAGE – You must be at least 18 years old to receive massage therapy.
Physical Readiness:
Wellness & Recovery Haus reserves the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance or present in a state that would cause risk to themselves or others.
Water Sanitation:
Wellness & Recovery Haus maintains the highest standard of hygiene and sanitation of the pod water. Water contaminated by the client with solutions i.e. oils, products i.e. hair colour, tanning solutions, human bodily fluids i.e. excrement, agree to incur the financial expense of water replacement, at a cost of at least $2,500 per pod.
Policy Changes:
Wellness & Recovery Haus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. By using the site, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.
Acceptance of Terms:
Use of the site signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated in this document, including any revised changes.
* Unredeemed gift cards, service credits and offers past their specified expiry date will be null and void.
